Barbara is the founder of Sage Kids & Family Boutique Salon, and comes to you with years of professional experience! This salon is her concept, as a parent, Barbara realized she had two choices. Go to her stylist for highly skilled adult services and taking her children to a franchise or barber shop. Sage Is a place for all ages, all services, and at a Master Stylist Level, giving you and your entire family the best in highly skilled personal service.
Barbara is a 7th generation Oregonian, raised in Lake Oswego, graduated from Beau Monde College of Hair Design in Portland, Oregon.
Barbara apprenticed at the prestigious International Waves Hair Design under the direction of renowned Veronica Cantue and Banks sisters.
She specializes in childhood and adult hair design, and ear piercing, general full services and chemical services.
Barbara wants every person who comes to Sage Kids Salon to feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home.

Desirae is a Certified Master Children's Hair Specialist and our lead Stylist. Many children and families won't see anyone but Desirae! She has been with the Sage Kids Salon & Family Boutique since we opened in 2018.
Desirae graduated with honors from NW College & School of Beauty. She went directly into her certification training as a children's hair specialist. She's also incredible with tweens, teens and children with special needs.
Desirae is very professional, casual, genuine, patient, and she connects with her child clients, and their parents in a very casual yet professional way. she's a good listener and she doesn't use "baby talk" she speaks to children as a friend, and as a person. She has a spectacular ability to put parents and children at ease.
Desirae is a solid stylist with years of experience. Desirae does incredible haircuts and honestly, her "Bobs" and "Lobs" are the absolute best!

Sandra is a fast, friendly, and extremely efficient children & adult haircutting professional, who has been specializing in childhood hair design for over 8 years. She graduated from NW College of Hair Design. She is warm hearted, sincere, empathetic, friendly and always at ease with you and your child. She has an extensive background in special needs.
Sandra especially enjoys Clipper and girl haircuts, first haircuts. If you are looking for a solid, no nonsense kids hairstylist, Sandra is your gal.

Serie is our Barber/Stylist. She has over 10 years of experience in the industry. Serie graduated from Phagans Beauty College, Serie is a full service stylist, she is fast, fun, patient and kind. Serie likes doing kids, tweens, teens, adults, she loves clipper cuts, first haircut packages. Serie has a privacy barbering space for her ear & nose waxing.
Serie is really a wonderful stylist who can do all of our hair service offerings. She is a true professional and a fantastic person!

Celize is amazing! She seems to be able to do anything when it comes to the salon. She is our party coordinator, salon assistant manager, Tinseling, Ear & Nose piercing (soft tissue only), Stylist Apprentice, and Makeup Artist.
Celize began working at "Sage Kids & Family Salon Boutique" during highschool as a student in the Sabin Shellingberg Hair Stylist Technical Training Program. After graduation she went directly to finish her education and licensing at Phagans Beauty College where she is currently a student. Celize is special assistant to Barbara, and we all adore her, her talent and training is apparent in everything she does at the salon.
Celize also manages our salon desk.

Lisa is a fabulous Colorist and Permanent Wave specialist. She loves to do Color & Perms!
She is very nice and caring. She has a very kind and patient approach, does incredible braiding finishes. Great with girls, she has several years of excellence in professional experience.

Tara is a certified Master Colorist and our Women's/Teen Hair Stylist with an extra love of teaching young ladies how to achieve certain styling techniques and product usage. Tara has such a broad gift for Highlights and lowlights, foil wrap or root touch up, peekaboo color, etc. Although she is proficient in all to do with haircuts at any age. Color and women's hair design is her passion. She graduated from Phagan's Beauty College and has over 20 years of experience as a true professional with an added experience in color services.
Tara is calm, warm hearted, easy going and very friendly.
